50 Cent Hospitalized Following Crash With Mack Truck

Rapper Sustained Neck and Back Injuries

50 Cent crashed his SUV last night on the Long Island Expressway. According to TMZ, the rapper and a truck collided after the truck's driver lost control of his vehicle and slammed into Curtis's car.

Fansite, thisis50 reports that the rapper was placed on a stretcher at the scene and transported to a Queens, NY hospital where they are "running tests on his neck and back."

50 Cent was not driving the car at the time and his driver also sustained mutliple injuries. The driver of the truck has told authorities that the load he was carrying shifted and he lost control of the vehicle.
