500 Pound Woman Eating Her Way To Become The World's Fattest Bride
Her Husband Will Need A Forklift To Carry Her Over The Threshold
What's 500 pounds, eats 30,000 calories a day, and is dressed in all white? Why, the world's soon-to-be fattest bride of course.

Susanne Eman is not your average bride. The 33 year-old Arizona woman weighs in at over a quarter ton, and has no plans at slowing down her ballooning size.
That's because Eman is on a gastronomical quest of epic proportions to become the world's largest bride.
To reach her goal of 1,600 pounds, Eman has set herself a strict diet of fatty meals. For example, at breakfast she eats waffles, pancakes, a smorgasbord of fried meats and potatoes, and she washes it all down with a 12-egg omelette.
Finding time for an interview between mouthfuls of cheeseburger and pork casserole, Eman talked about the experience of having a wedding dress -- size XXXXXXXXXL -- made just for her.

"I'm feeling like a bride. I can't wait," she told Inside Edition. "I like an off-whitish, not completely white. Because if I wear completely white, I guarantee I'm going to spill something on it."
Eman's gown is so big in fact that it required 45 feet of chiffon to make and takes at least three people to carry it.
Her fiance Parker Clack, a professional chef (go figure), met his bride-to-be online where she earns a living posing for photographs for men who are into, um, full-sized women. And even though he identifies as a chubby-chaser himself, Clack is concerned about Eman's health.
"I do worry about her health of course, but I try to make sure she eats some healthy food like salad, and I make sure she does exercises. She's taken up swimming since we met and we love to swim together."
Eman, who has given herself ten years to break the Guinness World Record, is a mother already to two boys. She's still waiting for her boyfriend to officially propose.
