3 Tips To Achieve Audrina Patridge's Gym Beauty
Do You Worry About Your Gym Looks?
I never used to worry about how I looked at the gym--you're there for a workout, not a fashion show--until my husband, bless his heart, decided to snap some paparazzi-style pics of me as I was leaving Bally's. Conclusion: I need to look a little more primped before, during, and after my workouts.
While Audrina Patridge has been spending a little too much time in the ol' booth, she is rather inspiring with her slim physique and put-together gym look. If you are interested in updating your gym bag with fresheners and doo-dads for beauty, here are a few of my new favorite products:
*SmartMouth Mouthwash: This is like a clinical-grade deodorant, but for the mouth--you never knew you needed it until you tried it. I don't know about you, but I get really phlegm-y when I work out hard, and this is a nice way to freshen when you're sans toothbrush. Did I mention that it last for 12 hours? Use this for morning workouts!
*Smart Hair Solutions: Does your hair get insane when you work out? I've taken to moussing my tresses a tad before bundling my hair up for a run, and it works wonders on those flyaways that end up getting damp and crazy. A poyntail is often worse than a bun, because it will leave a hair ridge and get sweaty. If you dampen your ponytail, twist it around, and secure it, your hair won't be half as frizzy. Don't forget to pack extra hair elastics in that gym bag!
*Olay Cleansing Cloths: A huge mistake that we can make when we want to look good after the gym is topping our faces off with heavy foundation. Use a cleansing cloth to thoroughly remove sweat and other "ick," and then use a cool-air blast on the hairdryer to calm down red cheeks. Concentrate on fixing damp hair and adding lip gloss instead of your rosy glow--it's all-natural and very healthy.
