5 Sex Rules That Need To Be Broken
Rules in bed that should be further explored
Just because something is established doesn't mean that it's the only way to reach a goal. Ask Dan & Jennifer recently posted an article that explored five rules in the bed (or elsewhere) that need to be broken, which included:
Time is a factor:
A common misconception among men is that they need to take time when building up to sex to make it dynamite. Though slowly creating some heat will lead to an exhilarating payoff, it's not the only way to experience the same type of satisfaction. When done correctly, with the right interaction from your partner, a "quickie" can leave both of you feeling just as enthralled.
He has to initiate:
Though "tradition" would have you think otherwise, a man doesn't always have to be the dominant engager when it comes to initiating sex. A woman taking the reins can be just as sexy to a man, perhaps even showing off a dimension of character to your partner that he was previously blind to. If you want it, don't feel as if you have to wait for the "conservative" way to proceed.
Exploring fantasies are reserved for porn:
Chances are that if a fantasy or fetish exists, there's already a porn for it. Thousands of different situations, backgrounds, and plots have been acted for every possible type of viewing pleasure. But, why should porn stars be the only ones who dabble in portraying certain fantasies? What's wrong with being honest with your partner and getting their opinion what turns you on? If you're more open to actually talking about it, even if the idea is rejected, perhaps a compromise can be arranged?
Both partners have to climax:
Most people believe ithat everyone on the mattress needs to climax for the sex to be satisfactory. Surprise: many people enjoy pleasuring their partners more than having their own needs met. Everyone is different, and sex is about exploring your mate. Climaxing shouldn't be the "light at the end of the tunnel" as the journey to get there can be much more intense with the right kind of foreplay.

Orgasms should be in stereo:
Hitting the big "O" simultaneously requires both partners to be in sync. If your mind is racing and distracted in any way, you can't just flick a switch and gear up your autopilot, your partner will need your undivided attention. It can't happen every time, and it shouldn't be your primary focus when going for a ride.
Remember, don't restrict yourself by only following what you know. When things are lacking spice, bear in mind that it's all about exploration and having fun!
