So what do we really know about new kid on the block Atwell, other than she plays Peggy Carter, and gets to snog Captain America/Chris Evans? Here are five little known facts:

1.    Atwell is a Brit born, US/UK dual citizen, who studied music and drama in London. In 2008, she appeared in a movie titled The Duchess alongside fellow hot Brit Keira Knightley, where the pair filmed a rather saucy lesbian love scene together in corsets.

2.    In an interview with Esquire, Atwell admits to wearing a big old pair of spanx, stealing hotel bath robes, and randomly tackling people in the street. . . just for fun you know.

3.    Atwell will also be the voice of Peggy Carter in the video game Captain America: Super Soldier and, to the delight of hard-core video gamers across the globe, admits that she has been hooked on video games her entire life.

4.    Atwell’s first gig was in a Pringles commercial, where she was paid to munch on chips all day long. A million miles away from her 'Once you pop, you can't stop' days, the salty snack star’s next role could be in a possible Jimi Hendrix biopic, an independent film with Andre 3000 from OutKast rumoured to play Jimi Hendrix.

5.    In filming Captain America, Atwell did some very spontaneous -- but understandable -- improvisation, by grabbing Chris Evans' superhumanly firm body. During a pivotal scene in the movie, Atwell admitted to PopSugar, "I couldn't help myself. I hadn't seen him with his top off until that moment. It was like, 'Go for the man boob!'" Can't say we blame you girl.
