Adele has done a pretty great job at keeping her pregnancy on the down-low, as we're just seeing the first pregnancy pic of the Grammy winner.

Life & Style is reporting that she and Konecki also secretly tied the knot, with a source saying, "Adele and Simon managed to keep the baby news a secret for so long that there are rumors they've already gotten married, too. She's an old-fashioned girl and can't wait to be part of a family unit. She just wants to focus on the baby and the man she loves."

The Adele baby bump pic featured on the Life & Style magazine cover also shows off her gold wedding band, leading the mag to assume the couple exchanged vows.

A source says of the recent Adele sighting, "Adele was relaxed and calm, and she and Simon looked really great together. She seemed very, very happy. She absolutely does have a pregnancy glow."
