Adele Confirmed to Sing James Bond ‘Skyfall' Theme
Just when Adele couldn't seem to get any hotter, comes word that the Brit songstress has been tapped to record the new James Bond theme.
And, with that, Adele's cool factor just went through the roof.
ContactMusic.com confirms that Adele has already recorded the theme song for Skyfall and, no doubt, her fans can't wait to hear it.

For some time music's latest darling has been rumored to be the voice of the latest Bond theme song, as she told TV host Jonathan Ross last year, ''I'm going back in the studio in November, fingers crossed. Well, this is actually a theme, that I've got to do. Wow, that's really giving something away.''
It's only the biggest theme song around--past James Bond films have included songs by Shirley Bassey, Paul McCartney, Sheena Easton, Tina Turner, Duran Duran, Sheryl Crow, Madonna, Jack White and Alicia Keys.
This is the first new song that Adele has recorded since her second album "21" was released in January 2011.
In the movie, Daniel Craig returns as Bond, with Ralph Fiennes and Javier Bardem along for the ride as well. Look for Skyfall in theaters on October 26, 2012.
