Alicia Keys to Play Concert for Sandy Volunteers
Alicia Keys Is Giving Back the Best Way She Knows How -- Through Song
Alicia Keys is gearing up to say thank you to the men and women who came to the aid of victims of hurricane Sandy when it hit her home town of New York City. The songstress, who's already signed on to perform alongside Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, The Who, Roger Waters, Jon Bon Jovi and Kanye West at the all-star 12/12/12 Concert For Sandy Relief at Madison Square Garden has also decided to give a benefit concert on November 27.
The show, which promoters are referring to as "intimate" will take place the week after Thanksgiving at the iHeartRadio Theater in NYC.
Anyone who wants to be able to see her perform at that show needs to visit iheartradio.com and follow the instructions on how to go about getting tickets.
Coincidentally (or not, depending on how much of a cynic you are) Keys' new album, "Girl on Fire" drops next week, too.
