Angela Lindvall To Host 'Project Runway All Stars'
Can a 'Project Runway' Spinoff Make It Work?
Model and actress Angela Lindvall will be channeling her inner Heidi Klum as the host of the Lifetime spinoff Project Runway All Stars, which will feature 13 fashion favorites from previous seasons of the stylish reality competition.
Lindvall, who has strutted her stuff for Victoria's Secret and landed both TV and movie roles, will be joined by Marie Claire editor-in-chief Joanna Coles who will act as a mentor to the contestants as well as judges Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman.
All Stars is one of two Project Runway spinoffs announced by Lifetime. The other will be an accessories design competition but details of who, what, when and where have yet to be disclosed.
Among the returning contestants are Austin Scarlett (Season 1), Kenley Collins (Season 5), Sweet P (Season 4) and Mila Hermanovski (Season 7).
The grand prize all 13 designers will be vying for includes $100,000 cash courtesy of L'Oreal Paris, a designer's boutique in Neiman Marcus, a slew of stuff from HP & Intel and a one-year gig as guest editor of Marie Claire, among other fabulous loot.
