Angelina Jolie Set To Quit Hollywood
Angelina Jolie says she won't act much longer.
We reported Monday on Angelina Jolie's revealing interview in Vanity Fair, in which she revealed how she deals with her four-year-old daughter Shiloh's desire to be a little boy and what she sees in store for Brad Pitt. Now we have word on Jolie's life outside of her family...and it may not include acting.
Jolie has revealed that movie-making is something she may be kissing goodbye in the next few years -- about acting, she says, "It's not the most important thing in my life. Acting helped me as I was growing up. It helped me learn about myself, helped me travel, helped me understand life, express myself, all those wonderful things. So I'm very, very grateful."
However, Jolie says, acting doesn't fulfill her completely: "It's a luxury ... But I don't think I'll do it much longer. Because I have a happy home ... I got back from work last night, and everybody was playing music and dancing and I suddenly found myself dancing around with a bunch of little fun crazy people."
.
Jolie, 35, has said that her children pulled her out of a "darker" and "closed-off" period in her life and that even with Shiloh's tomboy ways, Angelina has more in common with her than any of her other five kids.
