Anna Faris and Chris Pratt Welcome a Son

Born Premature, The Baby is Currently in the NICU

Snooki's not the only celebrity to give birth this weekend. Actress Anna Faris and her husband, Parks and Recreation star Chris Pratt, had a son, Jack, on August 25. The baby was born prematurely, although it's unclear how early he arrived.

"[The couple] are happy to announce the birth of their beautiful baby boy Jack. He arrived earlier than expected and will be spending some time in the NICU. The happy parents thank you for your warm wishes and ask that you honor their privacy during this time," a rep confirmed.

Chris, 33 and Anna, 35, were married in 2009. Interesting fact: Chris was discovered by actress Rae Dawn Chong while waiting on her at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Maui. She gave him his first role in the movie Cursed 3.

Although Anna rose to fame as the lead role in the Scary Movie franchise, she recently stated she's not likely to return for the upcoming fifth installment.

"No, I don't think I'm going to do it," she said. "I don't think I'm part of that. I don't know exactly what's happening with it, but I hear it's sort of in the works and stuff."
