Vogue's powerful U.S. editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, in known to be tough and judgmental, but she can also make or break your career. If she invites you to do a test shoot, try some stuff on, or perform at her party, you show up... and be punctual!

And if you defy her, proceed with caution. Anna Wintour turned the bish right on at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, poking fun at Lady Gaga's eccentric ways. You know that Anna loves all her weird fashion-y cohorts as long as they bow down to her, but as soon as they do something to inconvenience her? They get cut. Like Lady Gaga, who was supposedly praying backstage, delaying a performance that Wintour had on the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala event schedule.

"She was communing with God and she was praying in the back, waiting for God to tell her it was all right to go actually onstage," Wintour laughed, saying that Lady Gaga held up the show for 45 minutes.

It must be wonderful to hear Anna Wintour say your name, but who wants to be put on blast by the almighty fashion goddess of Vogue? That's not exactly a childhood dream...

I doubt Lady Gaga cares about what Anna Wintour has to say. She was invited, she showed up, she performed. She's famous, and no amount of scary Wintour disapproval is going to take that away from her!
