Ashton Kutcher Slams Cheating Rumors with Legal Threat

So, earlier this week rumor got out via "Star" Magazine that Ashton Kutcher had been spotted "kissing and groping a hot young blonde" in a tucked-away corner near an L.A. restaurant. Demi Moore responded to the rumors by tweeting bikini pics of herself (oh heavens), but Ashton Kutcher is responding with the law.

The report suggested that a witness had called "Star" Magazine after spotting Ashton Kutcher "kissing and groping a hot young blonde by an out-of-the-way bathroom at Italian restaurant Madeo in L.A."

The alleged witness is quoted telling "Star": "Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her ... I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn't Demi."

We'd considered reporting on "Star's" allegation but decided it was too risky -- and it was. Ashton Kutcher is voicing up via Twitter to deny the rag's claim: "STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction."

Kutcher also revealed how he plans to take action against the report: "I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees." [sic]

And while we don't think the report is true -- come on, Ashton Kutcher is a little savvier than to make out with a blonde in public -- we do find Demi Moore's recent public displays of sexuality totally bizarro.
