Audrina Patridge Granted 3-Year Restraint From Stalker
Judge gives Patridge what she wants, calling stalker's display "unfortunate."
Audrina Patridge presented disturbing evidence in her case against Zachory Loring, the man whom she accused of stalking her until his arrest on September 15. The wacky illustrations he sent her were only one of the concerning details of the case.
Loring sent what appear to be pencil sketches to 24-year-old Audrina Patridge, showing her in real-life scenes where she was out to lunch and spending time around her home (which she shares with her brother). One illustration showed a woman being strangled while another resembled the female genitalia, and TMZ has 12 of them on display.
Patridge had genuine cause to be alarmed. Loring, a 24-year-old man who goes six-foot-four and weighs 180 lbs., showed up at her home on one occasion attempting to deliver her a bottle of wine and "a stack of photos, cards, drawings and poems he had written." When he showed up another time, Patridge called the cops who arrested Loring for trespassing. He was jailed without bail.
Today a Calfornia judge granted Patridge a three-year restraining order against Loring, and she reports feeling "safe now." Leaving court dressed in a blazer and jeans, Audrina hugged her lawyer and told paparazzi she couldn't believe how fast they get news.
