Can you blame us for being a little bit surprised. Avril Lavigne just ended a marriage with Deryck Whibley. And Wilmer Valderrama? Well, we haven't really heard much from him since his That 70s Show days. But now it appears that Avril and Wilmer are dating. And wow is really all we have to say.

Some celebrities seem to move on really easily from their gone-bad-marriages. And we'd definitely say Avril Lavigne is one of those. Maybe her marriage was over for a while and she was just itching to get out and meet new men. Whatever the case, it appears Avril has gone out and met Wilmer Valderrama. We know. We can't believe it either!

According to an insider, "They have been friends since working together on Fast Food Nation in 2005, but things heated up last month... One of their first dates was Oct. 29 at Nobu in West Hollywood." Wow! We wonder if they felt chemistry while working on the movie together but couldn't do anything about it since Avril was married.

It sounds like things are heating up pretty quickly for the couple as one witness at Nobu says, "She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other's ear, laughing... They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2."

We kind of feel like Avril should be a bit more discrete, considering she just filed for divorce a month ago.
