BBC Names Breakout Acts of 2009

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the biggest of them all?

After looking into their crystal ball, the BBC has proclaimed the folks it believes will be the Breakout Acts of 2009.

This proclamation has become an annual event for the Brits; last year they declared Duffy, The Ting Tings, and Adele Most Likely to Breakout. Sounds a little bit like a Clearasil commercial, but anyway, on with this year's predicitions.
