Waving a sign reading "Marry Me Ryan," a young woman at the Brewers ballpark over the weekend learned a hard lesson about discretion: she posted her phone number on the sign and was soon inundated by people calling to joke around.
After being noticed by announcers who predicted that she would soon be in a world of hurt, the woman was reportedly called over 200 times by people in the stadium and watching from home.

"It seemed like a good idea," she said during a mid-game interview after being forced to turn her phone off.
Yet the worst part of it all is that Braun, whose nickname is the 'Hebrew Hammer,' actually called the number after the game ... but he couldn't leave a message because her voice mail box was so full.
"I guess it wasn't meant to be," he said.
