Jacquie Greaux, a California-based yoga teacher, has released Better Sex Through Yoga. A book filled with poses and postures like "sex kitten," that promises to keep you limber - both in and out of the sack.
"Great sex comes easier with strong abdominal muscles, coupled with relaxed hip flexors. And, yoga is great way to get these sexual muscles in shape," says Greaux.
