No doubt, Beyonce and Jay-Z's daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, was born with a silver spoon in her mouth.

Apparently she was also born with diamond and sapphire bling and six nannies to care for her too.

If a new report from In Touch Weekly is to be believed (grain of salt time, folks), Beyonce is getting plenty of help for her little girl, with the mag stating: "Beyonce isn't leaving anything to chance when it comes to the welfare of her firstborn child."

The article adds, "According to a friend, the new mom has two nannies on call at all times, which makes for a total of six nannies for little Blue Ivy Carter."

It sounds like Bey never has to touch a dirty diaper either, as a friend of hers spills, "Beyonce wanted to make sure that her daughter has the best of care. Her diaper is changed every hour."

Jay-Z is playing proud papa by offering up bling that includes "diamond earrings and a platinum baby bracelet."

"Even her bottle has pink sapphires on it," says a friend.
