Blake Lively Dresses Just Like Serena
Blake Lively has admitted that her "real life" clothes are "far too similar" to her Gossip Girl character Serena Van Der Woodsen's wardrobe. Isn't that a problem that you'd like to have? I'd take 90% of the GG closet in a flash, and I know I'm not alone!
Blake Lively told Nylon magazine that "I dress just like Serena! I own half her wardrobe, so it's far too similar to the way I dress. I feel ridiculous at times with her — because I'm, you know, killing someone or marrying someone, but I look like me. I'm like, 'Oh, this is absurd.'"
Blake's a girl after my own heart--she can take what she does and laugh at it! Not everything's brain science (*cough* Kristen Stewart *cough*), and it's always fun to read about stuff that makes celebs crack up behind the scenes.
Blake's new movie, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, is the perfect opportunity for her to take a break from all that Gossip Girl drama. She admitted that the X-rated scenes in the movie also made her laugh, but in that "What am I doing with my life?" kind of way. At least she's branching out.
When Blake's not busy filming sexy scenes or giggling at her wardrobe similarities, I hope she heads back into her giant closet and takes a look at her handbag collection--I heard it's amazing!
