Gorgeous Blake Lively was recently snapped trying on clothes in New York City, and what really got us excited was her sleek updo with nary a hair in place. I love this simply look, and I'm down to beat the frizz that's been plaguing my casual buns in the past. Time for a Blake Lively primer!

While this picture looks amazing for a candid (do people actually look like this when they're shopping? Gah!), I'm trying to zero in on Blake's awesome hair instead. If you need some tips on getting your hair smooth, don't forget that prep is everything.
