Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have worked together to produce a shiny-shiny limited edition jewelry collection. Perhaps their recent controversial headlines will help their snake-inspired collection sell like hotcakes! What do you think of their work?
Apparently Brad and Angelina have been working on their jewelry collection for over a year, and their pieces will soon go on sale internationally at Asprey stores in Tokyo, London, Beverly Hills, New York, and Dubai. Curious about what's in the mix? Well, the prices definitely aren't for the faint of heart!
One piece from the collection is priced at a little over $500, and it is the cheapest one available-- a sterling silver baby spoon with a serpent handle. Obviously these pieces are for the more adventurous buyer with plenty of cash to burn! Egg cups, tooth boxes, and picture frames are also available in the snake motif.
If you are wondering how the whole snake thing came into play, Angelina was once given a snake ring while pregnant, and because of the gift, she considers the snake a symbol of family protection. Even if you aren't into the snake thing, it might be a good idea to buy a piece from the collection: proceeds go to thee Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, a charity that Jolie set up in 2006.
