Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston in Custody Batle

Bristol Palin wants full custody of her son, Tripp, and is fighting Levi Johnston for it. It seems like Bristol has got quite a bit going for her on her side, but Levi isn't going down without a fight.
Details of the court case are being revealed for the first time as the judge has revoked Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston's anonymity. And now we see that it's getting a bit nasty. Bristol wants sole custody of 1-year-old Tripp and is doing everything she can in court to get it.
According to Bristol's lawyer, "The best interests of the child compel the conclusion that Bristol should be awarded 100% legal and physical custody of Tripp, with visitation rights in favor of Levi." And Bristol and her lawyer have plenty of ideas why they believe this is best. She says Levi's recent nude Playboy photo shoot was risque and that he's skipped visitation with Tripp in the past. She also cites the marijuana references on the Twitter account claiming to be Levi's. However, it's been said the Twitter account isn't actually Levi's, but was made by an impostor.
Levi Johnston, who is seeking joint custody, seems a bit annoyed that Bristol's mom, Sarah Palin, is so involved with the case and that, "I do not feel protected against Sarah Palin in a closed proceeding... I hope that if it is open she will stay out of it. Bristol's attorney is her attorney.... I feel more comfortable in a public courtroom which will help everyone stay civil and be on their best behavior."
It will be interesting to see how this case turns out and who custody of Tripp is awarded to!
