Britney Spears might be dating her agent, Jason Trawick, according to the whispers, and that's making us wonder what's next for the paparazzo-dating, improved pop star. Would you or have you dated someone you worked with--or employed?

A source told PEOPLE that Britney and Jason are "very sweet together," adding that "Her dad loves him. He's the best thing that happened to her."

Be sure that guy's the right one before you dive into a relationship at work, because things can get complicated. Here's why:

*Meetings Get Awkward: Accepting criticism gets all the more difficult when you're romancing the boss, or vice versa. Things can get taken personally, and that means you might get a tour of Awkward City on a regular basis.

*Working Will Never Be the Same: Breakups are extra challenging when your partner happens to be involved in all the same onsite projects as you are. There could be general resentment, or there could be an all-out war. Are you willing to see which one it will be?

*Your Work Could Suffer: Watching your sexy co-worker from afar does not help you to meet your deadline.
