According to TMZ, BritBrit's former lover, Adnan Ghalib, is in big-time trouble after assaulting a process server on Wednesday morning. And it was all her fault. Well, sort of...
On Wednesday morning, a process server visited Ghalib's Encino house to present him with papers relating to Britney's restraining order case. The jilted lover was so heated, that he struck the messenger with his car, causing the poor fellow to go flying up and over the hood. Eek!
The police are investigating this case as a felony assault with a deadly weapon, and Ghalib is sticking with silence as his only comment for the time being. We know that Brit doesn't have a great track record with picking the menfolk, but this one is turning out to be especially awful.
Who hits a court officer with a car when he's just trying to do his job? Honestly!
