Britney Spears wore a pair of short-shorts while in London this week (on her way to McDonalds, no less), and there was no hiding her amazing leg muscles. We take a look at a toning exercise for the summer that will help your legs get tight.
This multi-tasking move covers both the inner thighs and the shoulders in one fell swoop, making it easy to get double-duty toning action when you're short on time.
To try this move, pick up a set of dumbbells with your elbows bent, putting your weight on your right leg. As you begin to raise your arms, lift your leg out to the side taking care not to lift the hip. Lower your hands while bringing the left leg back to the starting position. You've completed a rep!
Now try to do 2 or 3 sets of 10-12 reps on each side. Good luck!
