America still has a crush on Britney Spears. According to a new poll from Billboard, the title of sexiest woman in music belongs not to more relevant pop beauties like Rihanna, Katy Perry or Beyonce, but to the famous blonde from Mississippi.

Spears, 30, received a whopping 45 percent of votes in Billboard's Music's Sexiest Woman poll, proving that either Spears' fans are sticking by her side, or a whole new wave of teenage boys has discovered her music video for "Hit Me Baby One More Time."

The former Mickey Mouse Club member, who is getting paid a handsome sum of $15 million to be a judge on The X-Factor with Simon Cowell, beat out the Queen Monster herself, Lady Gaga.

Gaga, also known as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, nabbed second place on the list. Her male alter-ego, Joe Calderon, would have placed in the top ten on the Sexiest Man list, but he's not real.

Rounding out the rest of the list are Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy Perry and Demi Lovato. In a surprise upset, 53 year-old Madonna placed ahead of Jennifer Lopez in the last two spots, proving that America still has a soft spot for the Material Girl.
