Brooke Mueller Denies Pregnancy Rehab Tales

Brooke's Squashing the Rumors

Brooke Mueller is a busy bee! There have been several highly unflattering rumors about her this week, the worst of which was the claim that she went to rehab when she was pregnant with her twin boys. After denying the rumors, though, it sounds like Brooke is planning on getting back with husband Charlie Sheen, Mr. Untouchable.

Radar Online published a report earlier this week saying that Mueller had gone to rehab for an alcohol abuse program before having Bob and Max ten months ago, but her lawyer Yale Galanter says that the reports are "dead wrong."

"I know that's not true. I'm very familiar with the situation, and that's totally not true," he said. "She was not in rehab for alcohol abuse while pregnant. That never occurred. She's an incredible mother; it's amazing to see her with her children."

Galanter volunteered plenty more details about the case, including the fact that Brooke is hoping for an expedited court hearing to "get the entire restraining order lifted."

"Everybody is doing well. I think the babies are doing great, and she just wants to get back with her husband," Galanter said. "And that's the bottom line. She really does want to get back with her husband."

Brooke is said to be staying in Aspen until her rental lease is up at the end of January, and she is keeping a low profile with her parents and her attorney and his family. Meanwhile, vicious reports are continuing to circulate about the couple, including one from the National Enquirer that details the couple's love of cocaine and other debauchery. Mixed signals much?
