Brooklyn Beckham inherited Dad's work ethic, says family insider.

Ten-year-old Brooklyn Beckham appears to be a chip off the old field like pops David. But it's not soccer kudos that Brooklyn's after - turns out he's taken a shine to American football and is proving himself a fierce competitor among Los Angeles leagues.

The Los Angeles Cougars have taken on Brooklyn, who, according to a family friend, is a natural on the field and has inherited his focus and discipline from his father, David Beckham. Says the friend, "The boy has just taken his natural sporting ability and adapted to America...He can play in any position and can throw and tackle hard. Like his dad, he's fearless with an incredible work rate." It's said the coaches at Brooklyn's school have gone so far as to call him a "wonderkid."

What do the Beckhams think? Reportedly David wishes Brooklyn would invest in soccer, but mum Victoria is proud as a peach. She carries Brooklyn's team photo everywhere she goes.
