Cameron Diaz Joins Cast Of 'The Green Hornet'

Cameron Diaz has confirmed reports she will appear in new movie The Green Hornet. Cameron, 36, will star in the film alongside Superbad and Knocked Up star Seth Rogen, 27, and Nicolas Cage, 45.

She will be playing the role of Lenore Case in the upcoming superhero movie. The film centres around the character of Britt Reid, a newspaper publisher by day and a masked crime fighter by night. Asked about her role in the film, she said: "Lenore, yes, and I think that's all I can tell you or else I would have to kill you." Cameron Diaz will play Britt Reid's secretary in the movie and director Michael Gondry recently revealed that he would be taking the character in a different direction that previous adaptations.
