Candy and Tori Spelling are working on their relationship this month, and the tabs found out the newest updates from Candy when she hit the red carpet at the UNICEF Ball in Beverly Hills. 'Tis the season to end family feuds, and it's about time-- Spelling fights are the stuff of legends.

Even though the Spellings declared that they are working on their relationship privately, Candy is speaking out about some of the family meetings.

"We both decided to take it privately and we are communicating, but privately," Candy confirmed.

"I hope that everyone would respect that because it kind of got out of hand when it wasn't the other way," she continued.

No matter how you feel about Candy Spelling, it is touching that she can now speak about her grandchildren after finally visiting with them.

"She's adorable," Candy said to reporters about her granddaughter, Stella. "She's bright. Well, they both are bright," she added about grandson Liam.

"But I'm not a prejudiced grandmother or anything. They know coming to Grandma's is like a fun place where we have a whole thing with just their toys and they get new toys. But I don't let them take it home. They have to play with it at my house," Candy added.

As for her holiday plans, Candy confirmed that she's spending it "with family." Yay! Happy Holidays!
