Care Bears Are Back in a New Animated Series
New CGI Animated 'Care Bears' Comes to The Hub
For better or for worse, the Care Bears are back.
These aren't your 1980s Care Bears, but instead the kind teddy bears take on a decidedly cooler look in a new CGI animated series.
Hey, remember the Care Bears of your youth? Cheer Bear, Share Bear, Tenderheart, Funshine and the gang with their tummy art that accurately represented their demeanor?

There were rainbows, songs and good feelings all around, as the Care Bears spread their message of caring and love in the cartoon stratosphere.
The Hub is bringing ‘em back with a new series called Care Bears: Welcome to Care-a-Lot, premiering June 2 at 8:00 a.m.
Executive producer Sarah Finn tells EW.com, "It's been 30 years since the Care Bears first hit the scene, and they are more popular than ever!"
Seriously. 30 years? Can that be right?!
Look for a new Care Bear to join the group as well. "The newest resident of Care-a-Lot, Wonderheart Bear, is silly, sweet, and full of joy and is by far the youngest Care Bear," says Finn.

There's also an upgrade on the animation and the general cool factor of the Care Bears, with Funshine Bear sporting a skateboard and attempting to sound as cool as an animated bear can.
Will you watch the new Care Bears?
