Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley To Host CMA Awards
Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will be hosting the 43rd Annual Country Music Association Awards for the second year in a row. Carrie, 26, said: "I thought we did a good job [last year].
I wasn't nervous about being asked back. But I was hoping they would ask us." The singer has previously won five times at the awards bash, including the Horizon (top newcomer) Award she won in 2006. Brad, 36, who has previously won 11 CMAs, added: "I figured if they wanted us back they'd ask and if not, we'd get to sit and watch somebody else go through it." The 2009 Country Music Association Awards will be aired live on November 11 on ABC.
