Last week we celebrated the announcement that came out about Christina Applegate: she's pregnant! Just days later a round, glowing Applegate hit the red carpet for the premiere of Cats & Dogs The Revenge Of Kitty Galore...and this baby belly is among the most beautiful we've ever seen! (Clearly her culinary cravings are serving her well...)

Remember one of the aspects of Applegate's pregnancy announcement was that it was proof she's beyond the breast cancer that doctors diagnosed her with less than two years ago in August 2008. Here there's only sign of health, as Applegate stepped out Sunday without her fiance Martyn Lenoble to walk the red carpet at Hollywood's famed Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

Looking lusciously mom-like, Applegate donned black skinnypants with a fitted, belted tunic (way to rock maternity style, Christina!) and what appear to have been Louboutin platforms. Applegate proudly embraced her tummy for the photogs and smiled contentedly for the cams.
