Coach is Reissuing Classic Bags for Net-A-Porter

Coach gets back to its roots

I have to admit that the older I get, the less I love Coach. Why? Their bags are too trendy and every middle schooler I know covets them. But classic Coach bags? Now we're talking. It was just announced that Coach reissuing their classic bags for Net-A-Porter and I couldn't be more excited!

When you walk into a Coach store, you're often overwhelmed by the bright colors, super fun prints, and bags that will only be in style for one season. Whatever happened to classic, iconic Coach? Well, the label is teaming up with Net-A-Porter to bring back those classic bags!

The Coach Classics collection is will consist of five iconic bags that were originally introduced in the 1970s by designer Bonnie Cashin. Though they were introduced in the 70s, these are the kinds of bags known for their timelessness and craftsmanship and they never go out of style.

According to Net-A-Porter's buying director to WWD.com, "While they complement the current trend in fashion of a wide-leg denim jean paired with a great stack-heeled sandal, these bags are so versatile, they will look smart with practically any daytime look." And isn't that exactly what you want from a bag?

The classic Coach bags will run from $300 to $500 and will be available at Net-A-Porter, starting on June 15.

I have a feeling this could help Coach turn over a whole new leaf. And I'm super excited to get my hands on one of the new "old" bags!
