Only Legal Threats And A Private Plane Could Get Her On Set

Lindsay Lohan is keepin' it classy, as always. In the latest round of her favorite game, Accept-the-Paycheck, Then-Ditch-the-Work, Lilo apparently tried to duck producers of her latest flick, Scary Movie 5.

Contrary to previous reports, Linds doesn't have a starring role - she's only filming a cameo. Yet it took nothing short of a miracle (and some serious legal threats) to get her on set to film the brief appearance.

The reason she was hiding out? Allegedly because the role written for her pokes fun at all her woes, legal and otherwise. Because no one's ever done that before, right? Well, Lohan is apparently sick of everyone focusing on her problems and tried to pull out of filming.

Lindsay "freaked out" when she finally read the script, according to the New York Post. She finally showed up to film, albeit hours and hours late and only after being threatened with a lawsuit and having a private jet pick her up and escort her from NYC to Atlanta, where the movie's shooting.

"Lindsay missed every meeting she had for the film, including script reads and wardrobe meetings," the Post was told. "Then she missed her flight to Atlanta on Sunday to shoot the movie. The producers had been getting signs Friday that she was a mess, and would not be fit to work."

And get this! Lindsay is apparently such a wreck, even her co-star, CHARLIE SHEEN, was concerned for health. You know that means it's bad.

As always, her rep insists everyone in the world is lying and Lindsay is fine. Yeah, we're getting kind of tired of that song and dance, too...
