Cuba Gooding Jr.: Arrest Warrant Issued

More Trouble for the Jerry Maguire Actor?

A female bartender in New Orleans claims that Cuba Gooding, Jr. shoved her and cops have gotten an arrest warrant for him.

Although Gooding's publicist is keeping mum on the subject for the time being, the Oscar winner apparently got into a tizzy after fans became too rambunctious at a Bourbon Street bar and pushed a female bartender. Why? At this point we don't know.

What we do know is that when the bartender told the actor that the police had been called, he reportedly shoved her again and left the premises.

The warrant, for "municpal battery" has been issued.

Gooding, Jr. also had an incident last spring when a gaggle of Spring Breaking females accused him of fondling them.
