Survey Shows a DVR Is More Than Handy

DVRs can improve the quality of your relationship, according to a survey commissioned by NDS, a technology solution provider for digital pay TV. The survey was conducted in four countries and hinted that a less stressful, happier life can be achieved with a DVR--and that includes the love life.

According to Crave, "Eighty-one percent of respondents said their DVR has made life better by allowing for more time to do things together with loved ones and fewer arguments over what to watch. In fact, having a DVR around seems to improve relationships, 79 percent of respondents claimed." The survey was conducted in the U.S., Italy, U.K., and Australia in July 2008.

Does your DVR help your life run more smoothly? Do you think your relationship would suffer without it?
