Daisy Lowe Takes Her Curves High-Profile in U.S.

Nothing should surprise you about anyone who's closely linked to Gavin Rossdale. Last fall a former gay lover spoke out to reveal their long-ago affair, and in 2004, when English model Daisy Lowe was 15, a paternity test suddenly revealed that she was Rossdale's daughter. Daisy Lowe is an English socialitel who began modeling when she was two years old thanks to guidance from her designer mother, Penny. Today the younger Lowe has appeared on runways and in print campaigns for lines by Karl Lagerfield, Burberry, Converse and in fashion magazines throughout Europe. It sounds like the 22-year-old is now desperate to rise to prominence in the U.S., as she's just booked a gig to pose for Playboy.

Lowe will reportedly show all in the September issue of Hugh Hefner's magazine, but it's not the first time she's ever gone buff for the boys: Lowe also recently appeared in Esquire U.K. dancing in naughty lingerie, and word has it she also got wild at SXSW this year. Then last week, Lowe was snapped wearing this body-hugging Gaultier getup at a fashion show in Paris. So far we're hearing Lowe's Playboy shoot will emphasize her English curves, in contrast to the more cut American look readers know best.

But sorry boys, this Daisy is not for the picking: Lowe has been dating acclaimed British actor Matt Smith since 2010. Plus it's said dad Gavin Rossdale isn't too pleased with his daughter's choice to go public with her privates: as of this writing, he's yet to comment.

(Rossdale apparently has no problem letting his toddler son sport a blue mohawk.)
