'Harry Potter' Star Radcliffe Said He Was Drunk During Filming

News broke last year that Daniel Radcliffe admitted he hit the bottle a little too hard at times, but had given up his alcoholic ways.

Now come new reports that Radcliffe says he was drunk while he filmed scenes for Harry Potter.

Of course, he clarifies, he didn't drink before coming to set (or while on set), but was merely still loaded from the night before.

Not that that makes it any better.

People.com reports that Radcliffe told British magazine Heat, "I went into work still drunk. I can point to many scenes where I'm just gone. Dead behind the eyes. I have a very addictive personality. It was a problem."

If you think it was just a one-time thing, Radcliffe assures, "People with problems like that are very adept at hiding it. It was bad. I drank a lot and it was ... nightly."

Now, if he could point us to the scenes that he was drunk in, we could do an interesting side-by-side comparison against other scenes.

Radcliffe gave up his bad habits, however, telling the magazine, "You either have to change something or give into that shame."

Congratulations to Radcliffe for kicking his problems with alcohol, as he's admitted that he's been sober since August 2010.
