David Hasselhoff's 20 year-old daughter, Hayley, has been charged with driving under the indluence of alcohol in connection with a late Decemeber arrest.

Hayley, who's not even old enough t drink in the state of California, has been charged with both driving under the influence and speeding and could face up to six months in prison.

You'll recall, no doubt, that The Hoff has had his own issues with alcohol - notably a 2007 video made by his oldest daugter Taylor Ann which portrays a shirtless, very intoxicated Hasselhoff eating a hamburger on the floor of a Las Vegas hotel room.

Hayley's mom, a formerly successful German actress, has also had her issues with alcohol. She, too, was popped for DUI -- twice. Once in 2009 and then again in 2010 and had to spend 90 days in the clink for the offence and then had to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet for six months as a follow up.

No word yet as to when Hayley will face the judge and learn her fate.
