Moore, 49, has checked in to the Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah, and will reportedly be receiving counseling and therapy for both drug addiction and an eating disorder.
"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source told E! News.
The actress reportedly entered the facility just days after being rushed to the hospital for what is rumored to be an overdose on nitrous oxide, or "whip-its." The actress decided it was then that she needed professional help.

"It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help," the source said.
Though several reports claimed Moore's ex-husband, Bruce Willis, and her currently estranged husband, Ashton Kutcher, visited her at home over the following days, she was actually at the Utah center the entire time.
Her teatment options, however, have been broader than just a swanky lodge. Moore is also reportedly consulting with psychics and an "intuitive healer" to help her get through her illness.
