As someone without children, I can't help but wonder how Denise Richards maintains such great form. Seen this summer in an orange bikini, she showed off sculpted abs that look stunning for someone of any age. Arg, how does she do it?!
I might not know Denise Richards' workout secrets, but I do like this ball exercise when you're not in the mood for crunches. Try this one slowly, because it's really easy to get out of form!
Simply kneel in front of your exercise ball on a mat, with your hands on the ball. Push the ball in front of you by walking out until just your forearms are on the ball.
Now push the ball out again as far as you can for a few seconds, while still keeping your spine from overextending. Roll back to the original position, and you've done one rep.
Aim for three sets of 5 reps, if you can. This one's a toughie!
