Dennis Quaid is one of Hollywood's top leading men, but back at home he doesn't sound like such a stand-up guy. The actor's wife Kimberly Quaid has filed for separation, with reports that she wants a divorce as soon as possible because of his rampant infidelity.

According to a report from TMZ, Kimberly Quaid has had enough with her husband and will file for divorce for the second time in less than a year. She withdrew her first petition in May.

"Kimberly is fed up with Dennis' cheating and wants out of the marriage," a source told TMZ. "He's not a good husband."

Kimberly, a former Texas real estate agent, is asking for sole physical custody of the couple's 4-year-old twins, with Dennis allowed visitation rights.

So why doesn't she just divorce him now? California won't let couples divorce if they've been living in the state for less than six months, meaning Kim will have to tough it out for a little while. Until then, family dinner at the Quaid house might be a little awkward.
