From Our Friends at PopEater

J.K. Rowling's facing another lawsuit for plagiarism, this time for her fourth book in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I thought we were done with these, but it looks like J.K. Rowling's reps have to saddle up to fight another in British court. Do you believe the rumors?

According to PopEater, J.K. Rowling is being accused of taking direct inspiration from the 1987 children's book The Adventures of Willy the Wizard: No. 1 Livid Land, by Adrian Jacobs.

Jacobs' estate maintains that the idea of wizard's schools, prisons, and hospitals were his original work, and lifted from the '87 book. You can check out PopEater to find out what J.K. Rowling had to say about the lawsuit. It sounds pretty fishy to me!
