Wow, this is insight we have just uncovered. Remember when Sandra Bullock didn't explicity thank her husband Jesse James when she received her Best Actress Oscar on March 7? A new report and video reveal that she may have been aware of Jesse's affair back then.

Sandra Bullock gave a moving acceptance speech when she won the Oscar for her lead performance in the 2009 flick The Blind Side. When she didn't express massive gushing at her husband, we'd chalked it up to nerves...but this video, courtesy of our friends at The Frisky, points to Bullock's cold shoulder toward Jesse James as he whispers something in her ear.

As Bullock addresses the Oscar audience in their standing ovation, she thanks moms and parents of adopted children, and she also extends an emotional thank you to her own mother, the late Helga Bullock. "To that trailblazer who allowed me to have" she points to her husband, "that," she then holds up her Oscar -- "and this, I thank you so much for this opportunity."

But it's worth noting that Bullock did not expressly thank her husband Jesse James who sat in the audience with tears visibly welling up while she gave her speech. Leaving a spouse of of the thank-yous in awards speeches is traditionally regarded as the sign of fatal marital strife.
