Oh what a tangled, teenaged, zit-infested web we weave, Taylor Swift, when we practice to deceive.  Despite the pop superstar's super-public, super-happy, puppy dog romance with Conor Kennedy, 18, a new report claims she's already two-timing him...with his own cousin!

That cousin, mind you, is no regular Kennedy. He's Patrick Schwarzenegger, 19, son of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a star in his own right. According to Star magazine, Taylor, 22, is having her way with both men...er, boys.

Although the magazine doesn't give specific dates, it claims Swift recently attended a party with Conor, but sneaked off to make out with Patrick behind his back. "Conor doesn't know," claims an insider, "but everyone else in the family does." Well if that's the case, we have only one question: why doesn't someone tell him?

Thanks to her alleged behavior, the Kennedy clan - minus Conor and Patrick - have soured on Swift. "The Kennedys do not care for Taylor," the magazine sniffs. "As far as they're concerned, Taylor is trash."

Given the only account of this so-called cheating is Star magazine, you may want to take it with a grain of salt. But even if it is true, Taylor shouldn't feel too terrible. We're sure it'll give her plenty of material for her next album.
