Is Lohan drunk?

That's the buzz after a clip of Mama Lohan sitting down with Dr. Phil shows her looking like a complete hot mess.

The Dr. Phil / Dina Lohan interview airs Monday, September 17, so we'll have to see how this all shakes out, but it doesn't paint a very favorable picture of Lohan.

It's sad, but interesting, to see how the older Lohan acts -- it really explains so much about Lindsay's downfall, doesn't it?

If you were raised by a mom like Dina, I'm willing to bet you might have a problem or two.

Lohan sits down with Dr. Phil and gets an earful -- leading me to wonder why she even agreed to do this interview.

Did she think he'd lob softball questions her way?

Or is she just continuing her history of being a fame whore? No doubt, Lohan is getting plenty of attention for her Dr. Phil interview and none of it is positive.

Lohan tells TMZ.com that she wasn't drunk when the Dr. Phil interview was taped several months ago, blaming her seemingly bizarre behavior on editing.

Mmmhmm.

Lohan notes, "I don't care what it looks like. I'm fine and I don't care what anyone says."

She adds, "All people saw was two minutes edited of an hour long interview. Of course they cut it to make it interesting. That's their job. I don't blame them for doing that. Some of the comments were taken out of context but I'm fine. I'm fine."

Lohan was quick to insist she's a "good mom" and says people should watch the interview, explaining, "I think the interview will be good. I know what I said and the facts are what the facts are. The proof is in the facts. The truth will set you free."
