Does Lily Allen Have the Chanel Look?

Lily Allen was recently named the new face of Chanel, following in the footsteps of women like Nicole Kidman and Kate Moss. While Lily has a large fan-base and is known for being a huge Chanel lover, lots of people are wondering if she really has the look and attitude that fits with the Chanel image.

Allegedly, Karl Lagerfeld chose Lily himself mentioning something about how she's "fun." Well, sure, Lily's a fun girl. But in a naughty kind of way. In a way, Lily does have the clean, natural look Chanel probably seeks. But the way she's been known to behave and the manner in which she dresses doesn't exactly fit the Chanel image. But maybe her drunken stage-antic, crazy clothes and hair days are over?

It has been reported that Lily is trying to clean herself up in anticipation of her Chanel campaign. A source said, "Lily cannot believe her luck but she is nervous. Her last fashion endorsement wit New Look went well but she felt under a lot of pressure competing with Kate Moss' Topshop range. Now it's even worse because this is a world-class designer label and Lily doesn't want to let anyone down."

So, Lily is slenderizing herself with Bikram yoga, doing the 90-minute workout in 105 degree heat twice a week. And it appears that with the right makeup and clothes (and minimizing her cursing and drinking), Lily actually could look like a Chanel girl. Let's just hope she can keep it up.
