Don't Buy These Lotions!
Some Drugstore Lotions Don't Add Up
Are you a budget beauty? I definitely am, but I found out that some beauty buys are simply not worth it. If you like to experiment with value lotions when you're at stores like CVS, Walgreens, or Rite-Aid, go ahead-- buy steer clear of these low-rated Total Beauty picks.
If there's one thing I hate more than wasted money, it's finding out that my value selections were misguided. At least Total Beauty is cluing me in!
*Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion: This lotion is more like a sunscreen than a lotion, reviewers concluded, It was also described as "thick and pasty."
*Jergens Age Defying Multi-Vitamin Moisturizer: I was sure that this would be a well-received product, but it turns out that the whole "anti-aging" thing is up for debate.
*St. Ivs Skin Moisturizing Therapy Lotion: The moisturizing powers are short lasting, reported reviewers, and it's said to have a "weird smell." Definitely not something that you'd like to slick on.
Take a peek at some more of Total Beauty's Worst Drugstore Lotions, and then add your own review. I, for one, am very unimpressed with Olay's Quench lotion, which I feel is overrated, and not that fabulous of a skin"quencher." What about you?
